  • Is there tracking included if I buy stickers alone?
    →  If you are in the US, stickers bought alone will be shipped through a regular rectangle envelope with a stamp, and does not include tracking.

  • How long will it take to ship out my order?
    → Most orders will ship out within the next 3 business days after an order is placed. Processing may take longer if there is a higher volume of orders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    → Domestic orders usually take a week or 2 to receive. International orders may vary by location. In most cases you should expect it in about 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    → Mostly! International packages are shipped with USPS and transferred to your local post once it arrives in your country. In the case your order is hit with duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, it is up to the buyer to pay those additional fees.  Unfortunately due to covid, if your country is on this list, I will not be able to ship to you.

  •  Why is international shipping so expensive? Can you lower the shipping costs?
    → Shipping costs are based on weight and distance traveled! Costs can not be changed.

  • I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?
    → Domestically, it takes up to 5 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped out. If you've received a confirmation that your order was shipped out and delivered to you but you haven't received it after 2 weeks, please send us an email. International orders may vary depending on location. However, if you don't receive your order after 1 month and are worried about it being lost in transit, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can I return my item?
    → We currently do not accept returns or requests for refunds. Please double check your cart and ask any questions in advance.

  • I received the wrong item/my order came damaged. What do I do?
    → If we made any mistakes or your items came damaged, please contact us. We'll do our best to take care of you.

  • I made a mistake on my order. Can I change or cancel it?
    → Unfortunately if the item has been shipped out already, the order cannot be canceled.
